Introduction
PT. Nusantara Logistics is seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Administrator Logistik dan Pengendalian Persediaan to join our fast‑growing supply chain team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate stock records, and efficient warehouse operations across multiple distribution centers in Indonesia. Responsibilities
- Monitor and update inventory levels daily using ERP or WMS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents, and communicating with carriers.
- Prepare regular stock reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for senior management.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain master data for all items, including SKU definitions, safety stock parameters, and reorder points.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory turnover.
- Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling, labeling, and storage safety.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements, automation opportunities, and cost‑saving measures.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and managing documentation related to logistics activities.
- Participate in after‑hours overtime when required to meet critical deadlines or resolve urgent issues.
Requirements
- Male candidates up to 33 years of age (as per client specifications).
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum GPA: 3.5 for private institutions (P13) and 3.25 for public universities (PTN).
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent is the absolute baseline; however, a university degree is preferred.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), and PowerPoint.
- Strong computer literacy, comfortable with ERP/WMS platforms and basic data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, discipline, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player who can communicate clearly with cross‑functional departments.
- Physical and mental stamina to handle the demands of a warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shift patterns (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
