Introduction
PT XYZ Indonesia is seeking a motivated Staff Finance to join our dynamic finance team. This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation for individuals interested in building a career in accounting, finance, or business management. The role is based in our Jakarta office, operating Monday through Saturday, with standard working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and post daily financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian GAAP.
- Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, supporting senior accountants in producing accurate financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, monitor cash flow, and coordinate with vendors and clients for timely payments and collections.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and specialized financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) to generate reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
- Participate in internal audits, providing documentation and explanations for audit queries.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering data, performing trend analysis, and preparing presentation materials.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including procurement, sales, and HR, to resolve financial discrepancies and improve process efficiency.
- Adhere to shift schedules as required, demonstrating flexibility and reliability during peak periods.
- Continuously develop professional knowledge through on‑the‑job training, workshops, and industry certifications.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management is highly preferred.

- Experience: Prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
