We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused women to join our fast‑paced team as SPG Event Puasa Lebaran – Penjualan & Promosi. This role is a key part of our seasonal Ramadan and Lebaran campaign, where you will represent the brand, showcase fresh mango products, and create a memorable shopping experience for thousands of visitors. Responsibilities
- Engage event visitors with a friendly, positive vibe, introducing them to our premium mango offerings and seasonal promotions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining the origin, taste profile, and health benefits of the mangoes, answering customer questions confidently.
- Prepare and present sliced mangoes in a hygienic and visually appealing manner, ensuring each serving meets our high standards for freshness and presentation.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems to process transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety guidelines and company hygiene protocols throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to manage inventory, restock display trays, and report any supply issues promptly.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and extended long‑shift hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM) to meet event demand.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team to help refine future promotional strategies.
- Uphold the brand’s image by dressing professionally, staying well‑groomed, and representing the company with integrity.
Requirements
- Female, aged 18‑35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Polished appearance and good personal hygiene; a “good‑looking” and tidy presentation is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – friendly, communicative, and able to convey a positive vibe to customers.
- Demonstrated reliability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic: disciplined, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, including long shifts from 10 AM to 10 PM.
- Ability to slice and serve mangoes neatly, adhering to food safety standards.
- Basic sales development skills – comfortable upselling, cross‑selling, and meeting daily sales targets.
