Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings on the online store, including uploading images, writing compelling descriptions, and ensuring pricing accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel and present key insights to the management team.
- Identify and reach out to potential new customers through social media, email campaigns, and marketplace outreach.
- Develop simple promotional graphics using Photoshop or Canva to support marketing initiatives and seasonal sales pushes.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with a friendly, fast‑response attitude, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and flag any stock‑outs or discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics departments to align on promotional calendars and fulfillment timelines.
- Track and analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements in product presentation, checkout flow, and post‑purchase communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and platform guidelines.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, contribute ideas for process optimisation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 29 years old or younger.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and Word for documentation.
- Experience creating basic designs using Photoshop or Canva.
- Strong interpersonal skills – friendly, honest, responsible, and able to work well within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience in e‑commerce, retail administration, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
