Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution serving the Jabodetabek Selatan region, is seeking a diligent Petugas Remedial (Penagihan) to join our Sawangan office. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow by managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external clients, applying strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve collection targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and follow up on overdue invoices and loan repayments across assigned portfolios.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and in‑person visits to delinquent borrowers, providing clear explanations of payment obligations.
- Negotiate repayment plans, restructuring options, or settlements in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Update the credit management system with accurate collection activity, payment status, and client communication logs.
- Collaborate with the credit risk, legal, and customer service departments to resolve disputes and prevent further delinquencies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development of targeted recovery strategies based on data analytics and market insights.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, anti‑fraud measures, and relevant financial regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and evolving credit policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Male candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in debt collection, credit monitoring, or a related financial role (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation capabilities.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit and collection software, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and adapt to the location of assignment based on domicile.
