Introduction
PT Bina Artha Ventura (BAV) is a fast‑growing financing institution operating across Central Java and the DIY region. We are currently expanding our Field Collection team in the Banjar area and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Petugas Penagihan Wilayah Banjar. The role is field‑based, requiring daily interaction with our borrowers to ensure timely repayment of loan installments while delivering a courteous, solution‑oriented service experience.
The position reports directly to the Branch Manager and works closely with the HR and Finance departments. Work days are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and the role offers a clear career path within a supportive corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers’ residences for payment collection and relationship‑building (“silaturahmi”).
- Coordinate daily with the Branch Manager to align collection targets and share field insights.
- Issue formal collection notices (Surat Peringatan – SP) when payments are overdue, following company policy.
- Monitor and track borrowers’ “Janji Bayar” (promised payment dates) and ensure commitments are met.
- Provide practical, customer‑focused solutions to payment difficulties, including restructuring options and settlement plans.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, update the central CRM system, and prepare summary reports for senior management.
- Identify early warning signals of delinquency and communicate risk factors to the risk‑assessment team.
- Assist in community outreach initiatives that reinforce BAV’s brand reputation and promote financial literacy.
- Ensure all field activities comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: not older than 37 years.
- Gender: open to all; both male and female candidates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection, credit control, or a related customer‑service role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are also considered).
- Valid SIM C and personal motorized vehicle (motorcycle or car) for daily field visits.
- Deep familiarity with the Banjar region and its neighborhoods.
- Strong communication skills, persuasive negotiation ability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Problem‑solving aptitude, basic marketing insight, and the capacity to work independently under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools; willingness to learn BAV’s proprietary systems.
