Introduction
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Agen Pengangkutan Koleksi Kunjungan (Freelance) in the Pidie Jaya region. This role is part of the customer‑facing operations for Indihome, a leading provider of broadband and digital services in Indonesia. As a freelance field representative, you will be responsible for visiting assigned customers, providing product education, and assisting with payment collections. The position offers flexible scheduling, a competitive per‑visit allowance, and the opportunity to develop valuable sales and communication skills in a fast‑growing telecommunications environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive a monthly list of assigned customers from the Central Transaction Branch (CTB) and plan efficient visitation routes.
- Register as a CTB agent in the My Vista mobile application, ensuring all personal and vehicle details are up to date.
- Travel to customer locations using a personal motorcycle, adhering to safety standards and local traffic regulations.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining the features, usage, and payment procedures for Indihome services.
- Collect payment information, assist with bill settlements, and record transactions accurately in the My Vista system.
- Provide on‑site troubleshooting guidance for basic connectivity issues and direct more complex cases to the technical support team.
- Maintain detailed visit logs, including customer feedback, service inquiries, and any follow‑up actions required.
- Participate in regular product training sessions and briefings to stay current on Indihome promotions, policy changes, and new service offerings.
- Uphold company standards of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility, ensuring all customer interactions reflect the brand’s values.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Proficiency in using Android smartphones or similar devices for data entry, navigation, and app usage.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
- Detail‑oriented, honest, and accountable; able to manage personal schedules and meet daily visitation targets.
- Flexibility to work from 08:00 to 17:00, with potential adjustments based on customer availability.
- Open to candidates of any gender; age is not a limiting factor.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and a willingness to learn about telecommunications products.
