Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers through face‑to‑face interactions, presenting MyRepublic Wi‑Fi packages and highlighting key features such as speed, reliability, and flexible pricing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by managing a personal pipeline of leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers, providing post‑sale support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research on the ground to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and local consumer preferences.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly activity reports, including sales figures, customer feedback, and territory coverage.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align promotional activities with sales initiatives.
- Utilize a personal vehicle to travel across assigned territories, ensuring timely visits to prospects and existing customers.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and safety regulations while on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Age limit: Up to 45 years old.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for field activities.
