Introduction

This frontline role is essential to expanding our customer base by delivering the benefits of MyRepublic’s reliable Wi‑Fi solutions directly to homes and businesses across the region. As a direct sales representative, you will be the face of MyRepublic, building trust with prospects, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the company’s growth in a highly competitive telecommunications market.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective customers through face‑to‑face interactions, presenting MyRepublic Wi‑Fi packages and highlighting key features such as speed, reliability, and flexible pricing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by managing a personal pipeline of leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers, providing post‑sale support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research on the ground to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and local consumer preferences.
  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly activity reports, including sales figures, customer feedback, and territory coverage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align promotional activities with sales initiatives.
  • Utilize a personal vehicle to travel across assigned territories, ensuring timely visits to prospects and existing customers.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and safety regulations while on the road.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Age limit: Up to 45 years old.
  • All genders are eligible to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for field activities.
  • Basic proficiency with smartphones and sales‑tracking applications.
  • Strong problem‑solving attitude and resilience in a target‑driven environment.
