Introduction

The Agent Guest Service (Daily Worker) position is a critical front‑line role within our hospitality operation, ensuring that every guest experiences a seamless, welcoming, and memorable stay. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling check‑in and check‑out processes, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. This role demands a blend of strong communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, verify reservations, and complete efficient check‑in procedures using the VHP System Program.
  • Process check‑outs, settle bills accurately, and handle any post‑stay inquiries or feedback.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Address guest complaints or special requests promptly, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Update and manage guest profiles in the VHP system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in handling phone and email reservations, confirming details and providing pre‑arrival support.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold hotel standards of cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.
  • Participate in daily briefings, share observations, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar guest service or front desk role.
  • Proficiency with the VHP System Program or comparable property management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a fast learning attitude, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
