Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our fast‑growing operations in Blitar, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of business channel orders, ensuring that all customer and financing data are accurately captured, and facilitating smooth credit approval processes. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers, the credit assessment team, and the Survey Operations Center (SOC), guaranteeing that each order progresses efficiently from entry to final approval.
Responsibilities
- Promptly follow up on all incoming orders received through the Business Channeling platform, confirming receipt and next steps with customers.
- Collect, verify, and input comprehensive consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining strict data integrity.
- Enter order details received via the dicicilaja portal, ensuring that every field complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes and consumer grading, processing approvals or rejections accordingly.
- Communicate credit decisions to applicants in a professional and timely manner, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
- Generate and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC), coordinating with the Service Handling Coordinator (SHC) to track progress.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical archive of all transaction records, guaranteeing easy retrieval for audits or internal reviews.
- Continuously monitor the status of active orders, proactively addressing any discrepancies or missing information.
- Support cross‑functional teams by providing accurate reports on order volumes, processing times, and approval rates.
- Uphold confidentiality and data security standards, ensuring that sensitive consumer information is protected at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or finance are a plus.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least one year of relevant experience in administrative support, credit processing, or channel management.
- Proficient computer skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Office, database entry, and familiarity with credit‑scoring tools.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of accurate data entry and record‑keeping.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Organizational aptitude to manage multiple orders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with SOC, SHC, and the RAC team, demonstrating a team‑first mindset.
- Adaptability to a dynamic fintech environment, staying current with industry best practices and regulatory updates.
