Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer (Anggota Security) to join our team in Madiun. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our facilities, employees, visitors, and assets. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and by vehicle, to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential hazards.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel enter the facility.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing first‑level assistance and coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports, documenting all activities, observations, and actions taken during each shift.
- Perform security checks on visitors, contractors, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of crowd‑control measures during events, meetings, or peak traffic periods.
- Conduct routine inspections of fire safety equipment, CCTV systems, and other security infrastructure, reporting any deficiencies for corrective action.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding visitors, and fostering a welcoming yet secure atmosphere.
- Participate in regular training sessions and drills to stay current with the latest security best practices and emergency response techniques.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a security role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Active security licenses (GP & KTA) recognized by the relevant authorities.
- Current residence in Madiun or willingness to relocate and maintain domicile in the area.
- Minimum height of 170 cm.
- No visible body piercings or tattoos that conflict with professional appearance standards.
- Strong observational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and excellent verbal communication.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Availability to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
