Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staff Frontliner Counter Customer Service to join our dynamic team. This front‑line position is the first point of contact for our valued customers, and you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive, professional, and memorable experience. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the service counter, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer inquiries about products, services, policies, and promotions with clear and accurate information.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and issuance of receipts.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter area, display materials, and related documentation.
  • Identify customer needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and refer complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
  • Record customer feedback and report recurring concerns to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Handle phone calls and email inquiries in a timely manner, following company communication standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily reports, inventory checks, and shift handover documentation.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and dress code, especially during shift work (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday).

Requirements

  • Female candidates only, maximum age of 26 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a “good attitude” and strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible shift schedules and handle peak‑hour pressure.
  • Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Not currently enrolled in any educational institution and unmarried.
  • Required documents: application letter, photocopy of family card (KK) & identity card (KTP), recent 3×4 color photo, active mobile phone number, and diploma (optional).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
