Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the service counter, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer inquiries about products, services, policies, and promotions with clear and accurate information.
- Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and issuance of receipts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter area, display materials, and related documentation.
- Identify customer needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and refer complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Record customer feedback and report recurring concerns to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Handle phone calls and email inquiries in a timely manner, following company communication standards.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports, inventory checks, and shift handover documentation.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and dress code, especially during shift work (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday).
Requirements
- Female candidates only, maximum age of 26 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a “good attitude” and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules and handle peak‑hour pressure.
- Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational institution and unmarried.
- Required documents: application letter, photocopy of family card (KK) & identity card (KTP), recent 3×4 color photo, active mobile phone number, and diploma (optional).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
