Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to consumers with overdue installments, using phone calls, SMS, and in‑person visits.
- Perform scheduled and ad‑hoc field collections throughout the assigned Tanjung area, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Negotiate payment plans, settlement offers, and restructuring options that align with both customer capability and company policy.
- Provide clear explanations of loan terms, penalties, and the benefits of timely repayment, reinforcing Adira’s commitment to customer education.
- Document each interaction meticulously, entering data into the collection management system and generating daily/weekly visitation and payment reports.
- Identify patterns of delinquency and relay actionable insights to the credit risk and underwriting teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the legal department when escalated cases require formal notices or legal proceedings.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local regulations, consumer protection laws, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Represent Adira professionally in the community, building trust and reinforcing the brand’s reputation for fairness and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection, preferably within multi‑finance, banking, or related financial services. Fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions.
- Valid personal vehicle and an active SIM C (mandatory for field assignments).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving collection targets.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of preparing accurate reports under tight deadlines.
- Target‑oriented mindset with the resilience to handle challenging conversations.
- Good understanding of the geographic area of deployment, including local routes and community dynamics.
