Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team in Nanga Pinoh, Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships while ensuring seamless order processing and credit management. Responsibilities

  • Proactively present and sell the company’s product lines to existing customers and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, approach, and nurture potential clients through cold‑calling, networking events, and referrals to expand the customer base.
  • Collect initial customer data, verify information, and prepare complete documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Coordinate with the distribution channel to secure orders, track order status, and follow up on delivery schedules.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers, and address any queries.
  • Inform customers of payment terms, due dates, and payment locations, while providing guidance on financing options.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, generate regular sales reports, and forecast future sales trends for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and regional field visits to share insights and improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or distribution role (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer‑oriented selling techniques, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Willingness to work in the assigned domicile area and travel within the region as required.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
