As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, delivering high‑quality beverages and an unforgettable experience that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine cleaning and minor maintenance.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, answering menu questions, and offering personalized recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment, including regular table clearing, floor sweeping, and restroom checks.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other supplies; notify supervisors of low stock and assist with stock rotation.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth shift transitions and to support peak‑hour service demands.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, following local health regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, product launches, and customer service best practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain a calm, positive demeanor during busy periods.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male candidates preferred, in line with current staffing needs.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant, café, or similar food‑service environment.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Sidoarjo.
- Professional Appearance: Clean, tidy, and dressed in a modest, appropriate uniform.

- Expertise in coffee preparation and basic food cooking.
