Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Barista Penyaji Minuman Kopi Profesional to join our vibrant coffee‑house team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including regular cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Manage inventory levels, receive deliveries, and conduct daily stock checks to ensure sufficient supplies of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and disposables.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process digital payments, and balance the register at the end of each shift.
- Provide friendly, attentive service by greeting customers, taking orders, offering product recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Uphold food safety and health regulations, performing routine temperature checks and adhering to proper storage practices.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours, including coordinating order flow and assisting in bar back duties.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Core Skills: Basic barista skills, ability to operate espresso machines, and a keen interest in coffee culture.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, trustworthy, personable, and able to build rapport quickly with customers and coworkers.
- Availability: Able to work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and not currently employed elsewhere.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, time‑management, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
