Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new potential borrowers within the Kuningan Darma‑Luragung region, promoting Amartha’s inclusive financing programs.
- Conduct thorough household economic assessments, gathering data on income, expenses, and financial needs to determine loan suitability.
- Perform on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of financing applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s policies, risk‑management guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed recommendation reports for the credit committee, highlighting strengths, potential risks, and suggested loan structures.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with existing members, reviewing repayment performance, providing financial education, and addressing any service‑related concerns.
- Maintain accurate field records, update the CRM system promptly, and report key performance metrics to regional supervisors.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including operations, risk, and product development—to continuously improve service delivery and product relevance.
- Travel across assigned branches of Amartha as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to reaching remote communities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Age: up to 33 years old.
