Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing stations, ensuring optimal performance.
- Receive, sort, and label incoming garments according to customer specifications and service types (e.g., wash‑and‑fold, dry‑clean, special care).
- Perform thorough cleaning cycles, spot‑treat stains, and apply appropriate fabric care methods to preserve garment integrity.
- Utilize Android‑based management applications to track orders, update status, and communicate with customers in real time.
- Conduct quality inspections before and after processing, guaranteeing that each item meets the company’s high standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory of detergents, chemicals, and supplies, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers or manage personal transportation for on‑site pickups and drop‑offs, ensuring timely service.

Requirements
