Introduction

Responsibilities

The Sales Officer will be responsible for a range of activities that ensure the seamless promotion and processing of Adira Finance products. Key duties include:

  • Actively offering and presenting the company’s financing products to existing customers and prospecting new clients across the Sarolangun area.
  • Generating orders through various distribution channels, capturing initial customer data, and conducting thorough verification processes.
  • Preparing and completing all required documentation for customer applications, including credit applications and supporting paperwork.
  • Monitoring the progress of each credit application, coordinating with internal credit teams, and promptly communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Providing customers with clear information on payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other relevant terms to ensure smooth repayment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up actions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Participating in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study).
  • Maximum age: 30 years (candidates of any age are welcome if they possess the required experience and skills).
  • Male gender, as stipulated by the current posting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or financial services role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong potential.
  • Proven ability to manage B2C sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid active SIM A/C driving license.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
