Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, including regular equipment cleaning and sanitization.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, conducting daily stock checks and reporting shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process digital payments while providing friendly, attentive service.
- Engage customers by sharing knowledge about coffee origins, brewing methods, and tasting notes, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in training new team members on barista techniques, equipment operation, and service protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with service technicians for any repairs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage orders during peak hours.
- Participate in weekly coffee tastings and product development sessions to stay current with industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 24 years old or younger.

- At least 0‑1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer‑service role; fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm are also encouraged.
- Demonstrated knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machine operation, and basic milk‑steaming techniques.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs.
