Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Order Representative to join our fast‑growing distribution team covering Bogor, Cianjur, Ciawi, Cileungsi, Depok, and Jakarta. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the General Trade (GT) market, building strong relationships with retail outlets, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities
- Execute direct sales of our product portfolio to GT customers, ensuring high product visibility and shelf placement.
- Conduct routine, scheduled visits to assigned retail outlets to nurture relationships, gather market intelligence, and address any concerns.
- Educate and motivate customers on the benefits of partnering with us, encouraging repeat purchases and larger order volumes.
- Demonstrate and train customers on the use of digital ordering platforms provided by the principal or our company, facilitating smoother transaction processes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, including sales calls, effective calls, and overall turnover (omset).
- Maintain accurate sales records, update the CRM system with customer interactions, and submit regular performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and propose actionable plans to capture untapped market segments.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any supply‑chain issues.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and team meetings to stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 23 and 35 years.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within a distribution or FMCG environment.
- Valid and active SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer buying patterns, and sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; a friendly, meticulous, and responsible attitude.
- Self‑motivated, hardworking, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Reside in or near Kab. Bogor, Kota Bogor, Cianjur, Cileungsi, Depok, or Jakarta, with an existing customer database in the region being a plus.
- Willingness to start immediately and adapt to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑18:00).
