Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facial therapy, body massage, hair removal, and specialized skin care procedures.
- Recommend and upsell appropriate products and follow‑up services to enhance treatment results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and treatment notes using the salon’s booking system.
- Collaborate closely with fellow beauticians, reception staff, and management to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations through continuous learning and training.
- Handle client feedback professionally, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels of beauty products and ordering supplies when needed.
- Adhere to the salon’s policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and professional conduct, especially during high‑pressure periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience performing beauty treatments in a reputable salon or spa.
- Female candidates only (as per salon policy).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High degree of honesty, responsibility, and professionalism.
- Strong teamwork orientation while also being capable of working independently.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight scheduling demands.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
