Kredivo, a leading Buy Now, Pay Later fintech platform in Indonesia, is expanding its footprint in the vibrant market of Makassar. We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Promotor. In this role, you will be the face of Kredivo, introducing merchants and consumers to our innovative payment solutions, driving adoption, and helping shape the future of digital commerce in the region.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective merchants and end‑users, understanding their payment needs and recommending Kredivo as the optimal solution.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, promotions, and compliance guidelines, and convey this information in a compelling manner.
- Deliver on‑site presentations and live demonstrations of the Kredivo app, highlighting the “Buy Now, Pay Later” experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide clear guidance on app usage and payment processes.
- Achieve daily acquisition and transaction targets, and submit accurate activity reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, local business owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure long‑term partnership success.
- Gather market feedback, identify trends, and relay insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Utilize Android smartphones and digital tools for lead tracking, data entry, and performance analytics.
Requirements
- Residency in Makassar or surrounding areas with reliable transportation.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficiency with digital marketing, customer relationship management, and sales analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote supervisory team.
- Basic familiarity with Android smartphones and mobile applications.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit imposed.
- Prior experience in sales or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
