We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Crew Toko. This entry‑level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across all areas of a modern restaurant operation, from front‑of‑house service to kitchen production.

Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive 3‑ to 4‑month training program covering every station in the restaurant.
- Learn and perform duties as a cashier, ensuring accurate order entry and smooth payment processing.
- Serve guests as a waiter/waitress, providing attentive and friendly table service.
- Assist in noodle preparation, bar operations, dim sum assembly, and overall food production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and back‑of‑house spaces (clear‑up duties).
- Rotate between stations as needed to support peak periods and staff absences.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve service speed and quality.
- Provide feedback on training materials and suggest process enhancements.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or hospitality service.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude.
- Clean health record with no history of serious illness.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Willingness to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ready to relocate to the new store in Sengkawit and stay for the duration of the training period.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks such as barista duties, cash‑register operation, and food service.
