Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our growing team in Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. This full‑time position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for customer service and sales to contribute to a leading financial services organization. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for both existing and prospective clients, promoting our suite of financial products, facilitating credit applications, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and sell the company’s financial products—such as loans, leasing, and credit facilities—to existing customers and new prospects.
  • Identify and capture sales opportunities through the company’s distribution channels, gathering initial data and conducting thorough verification of customer information.
  • Prepare, review, and submit complete credit applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and compliant with internal policies.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintain clear communication with dealers and customers, and promptly convey approval or rejection decisions.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and designated payment locations, providing guidance on any additional requirements or procedures.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships by delivering exceptional service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including underwriting, risk management, and collections—to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, generating regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position the company’s products.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Maximum age: 29 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, relationship management, or credit processing.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound call handling is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail when handling documentation and data entry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with core hours from 08:00 to 16:30.
