Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage customers, assessing their beauty needs through consultative questioning.
- Provide expert product knowledge on cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance lines, offering personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate product application techniques, conduct mini‑makeovers, and host in‑store sampling events.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while promoting upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Maintain attractive product displays, ensure stock levels are optimal, and perform regular inventory checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process returns in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
- Track sales data, prepare simple reports, and share insights to improve store performance.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, keeping the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Age: 18‑28 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Experience: At least 1 year as a Beauty Advisor, FMCG sales representative, cosmetics specialist, or SPG.
- Physical: Proportional body measurements (maximum weight 58 kg, minimum height 160 cm) and a polished appearance.
- Core Skills: Strong beauty consultation abilities, effective communication, persuasive marketing techniques, and a proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Soft Skills: High level of empathy, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, time‑management, and a willingness to learn.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
