Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to promote our premium coconut products from Kelapa Nunggal and Gn. Putri. The successful candidate will join a dynamic field‑sales team responsible for delivering high‑quality Wi‑Fi installation services to residential and small‑business customers across designated territories. This role offers a unique blend of traditional product sales and modern telecom services, allowing you to develop versatile sales expertise while contributing to the growth of a fast‑expanding market segment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned area to offer Wi‑Fi installation packages and related coconut‑based product bundles.
  • Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, explain technical specifications, and tailor solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs and sales reports using a smartphone‑based reporting system.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team to schedule installations, ensuring smooth hand‑over from sales to service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers post‑installation to secure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan), safety, and professional conduct while operating in the field.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge, especially regarding the health benefits of coconut products and the technical aspects of Wi‑Fi services.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; candidates with a high school diploma (SMU) or fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in B2C environments.
  • Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a reliable motorcycle for field visits.
  • Smartphone with internet access for real‑time reporting and communication.
  • Active BPJS Kesehatan membership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with diverse customers.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to work on‑site from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
