We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Partner – Seluruh Area Ogan Komering Ulu. This role is pivotal in connecting underserved households with affordable financing solutions, fostering economic empowerment, and driving sustainable growth for both our members and the organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate potential new borrowers by conducting door‑to‑door outreach, community events, and referral networking to expand Amartha’s client base.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling to member households, helping them develop sound budgeting, savings, and investment habits.
- Perform detailed field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present well‑structured loan recommendations to the financing committee, highlighting risk mitigations and repayment capacity.
- Facilitate weekly member meetings, track transaction histories, and support clients throughout the loan lifecycle—from disbursement to repayment.
- Collaborate closely with regional managers, data analysts, and product specialists to refine outreach strategies and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate field records, update the CRM system in real time, and submit regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Act as an ambassador of Amartha’s mission, promoting financial inclusion, gender equity, and community resilience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a bachelor’s degree (S1) are highly preferred.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for field travel.
- Willingness to work primarily in the field and reside in provided mess facilities when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust among diverse community members.
- Basic understanding of micro‑finance concepts, customer relationship management, and sales analysis.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with prior experience in sales, community outreach, or financial services will be given advantage.
- Flexibility to be deployed across any Amartha branch within the Ogan Komering Ulu area.
