We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our field team as Business Partner – Staff Lapangan. The position is based in Bojongsoang, Bandung and requires daily field work, including travel to various neighborhoods. Candidates should be ready to engage directly with prospective borrowers, provide ongoing support, and ensure compliance with Amartha’s financing standards.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new borrower prospects by conducting door‑to‑door outreach, community events, and referrals to expand Amartha’s loan portfolio.
- Perform detailed household economic assessments, offering personalized financial guidance and coaching to improve borrowers’ repayment capacity.
- Collect and verify all required documentation, then conduct feasibility surveys and credit‑worthiness analyses in line with Amartha’s risk‑management policies.
- Prepare and submit loan applications through the internal system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage the full loan cycle, including timely collection of repayments, monitoring delinquency, and initiating follow‑up actions when necessary.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of borrower interactions, field observations, and performance metrics using the company’s CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the regional operations team to share market insights, propose process improvements, and support community‑based financial education initiatives.
- Uphold Amartha’s code of conduct by demonstrating integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all field activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years accepted for experienced candidates).
- Open to all genders; preference may be given to female candidates to align with community outreach needs.
- Own reliable motorbike or automobile to travel across the Bojongsoang district.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and adaptability to work independently in diverse field conditions.
- No prior experience required; however, previous exposure to sales, community development, or micro‑finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools for data entry and reporting.
