Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Production Media Creative to join our dynamic Production Team in Padang. This role is essential for ensuring that every print order moves smoothly from the design stage to the final delivery. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented male, aged 25‑30, who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, possesses basic CorelDRAW skills, and is eager to deepen his knowledge of the printing industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify incoming design files (CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.) to ensure they meet print specifications before production begins.
- Set up printing equipment, load appropriate inks and substrates, and monitor machine performance throughout the run.
- Conduct in‑process quality checks, comparing printed output against approved proofs and company standards.
- Assist with finishing operations such as cutting, laminating, binding, and packaging to guarantee a professional final product.
- Coordinate internal deliveries, load finished goods onto company vehicles, and support the logistics team in meeting delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized production floor, adhering to safety protocols and waste‑reduction practices.
- Collaborate closely with designers, sales staff, and warehouse personnel to resolve any production issues promptly.
- Document production data, track material usage, and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Continuously learn new printing techniques, material handling methods, and emerging industry trends to improve efficiency.
- Support overtime shifts when deadlines are tight, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age 25 years (flexible up to 30 years for exceptional candidates).
- Resident of Padang City with reliable transportation; a valid SIM C is mandatory.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; currently not enrolled in any academic program.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a production or printing environment.
- Basic proficiency in CorelDRAW; familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Strong teamwork attitude, honest, disciplined, and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to a clean lifestyle: non‑smoker and observant of religious practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new printing technologies, materials, and processes.
