Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short‑form video and image content tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels.
- Conduct weekly trend‑spotting sessions to stay ahead of viral formats, challenges, and memes, translating findings into actionable content ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a content calendar, schedule posts, and monitor publishing deadlines to guarantee a consistent publishing rhythm (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, shares, click‑through rates) and prepare concise reports that inform future creative direction.
- Assist in community management by responding to comments and fostering a genuine connection with followers.
- Support the development of broader content strategies, including SEO‑friendly captions, hashtag research, and cross‑platform repurposing.
- Participate in brainstorming workshops, pitch sessions, and creative reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements
- Final‑year university student or fresh graduate from Communication, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience creating content for social media, either through internships, freelance projects, or personal channels.
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile‑first tools like CapCut) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Strong storytelling ability, able to craft compelling narratives within 15‑60 seconds.
- Deep understanding of current trends on Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms, including algorithm nuances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; willingness to learn and grow within a creative environment.
