Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team covering the Ternate region and surrounding islands in Papua, Central & North Sulawesi, and Maluku. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of financing products to both existing and new customers across the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop relationships with channel distribution partners, including dealers and retail outlets.
- Collect initial customer data, verify information, and ensure all required documentation for credit applications is complete and accurate.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, liaise with underwriting teams, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and acceptable payment locations, providing clear guidance on any follow‑up actions.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, update CRM systems regularly, and generate weekly reports on sales performance, order status, and market feedback.
- Conduct regular market visits, attend trade shows, and stay informed about competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to tailor promotional offers that meet regional customer needs.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing any customer inquiries or issues to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work under pressure.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
