Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Keamanan dan Penjagaan Toko to join our dynamic retail team. This position combines the essential responsibilities of store security, customer service, and inventory support in a fast‑moving environment. The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy, courteous female professional aged between 18 and 30 years, who thrives on teamwork and is eager to grow within the retail sector.
Our store operates six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, with business hours of 08:30 – 18:00. The role requires punctuality, a keen eye for detail, and a friendly demeanor toward every customer who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Provide vigilant security oversight to prevent theft, ensure safe shopping conditions, and enforce store policies.
- Greet and assist customers, offering product information, answering inquiries, and guiding them to desired items.
- Maintain tidy and well‑organized shelves, regularly restocking merchandise and rotating products to optimize shelf life.
- Conduct routine stock checks, report discrepancies, and assist with inventory counts during periodic audits.
- Prepare sales invoices, handle cash or electronic transactions, and ensure accurate record‑keeping for each sale.
- Wrap purchased items professionally, including both in‑store purchases and online orders slated for shipment.
- Lift and transport light merchandise safely, adhering to ergonomic guidelines to prevent injury.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members, sharing information via WhatsApp or other mobile communication tools to coordinate shifts and special promotions.
- Participate in regular training sessions on customer service excellence, loss‑prevention techniques, and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to management on store layout, merchandising opportunities, and any observed security concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, aged 18‑30 years.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Eagerness to learn, with meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – friendly, polite, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods.
