Introduction
We are a fast‑growing logistics and warehouse solutions provider based in Tangerang, looking to strengthen our operations team with a dedicated Checker Operasional. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inbound and outbound inventory processes. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough verification of all goods entering and leaving the warehouse, ensuring quantities and condition match the accompanying documentation.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities, coordinating with forklift operators, drivers, and warehouse staff to maintain a safe and orderly workflow.
- Assist in organizing the storage area, optimizing space utilization, and keeping aisles clear to support smooth material handling.
- Prepare concise daily reports on stock checks, highlighting any discrepancies, damages, or missing items, and promptly communicate findings to the warehouse manager.
- Collaborate with the inventory control team to reconcile physical counts with system records, contributing to periodic cycle counts and annual audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, such as reducing handling time or enhancing documentation accuracy, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, conduct routine equipment inspections, and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational requirements).
- Residency: Must reside in the Tangerang area or be willing to relocate.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Warehouse Clerk, Krani, or Checker is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities are also considered.
- Key Skills:
- Logistics analysis and basic inventory control.
- Warehouse management practices, including FIFO/LIFO handling.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and navigate the warehouse environment safely.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
