Introduction
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Educator Daycare Professional & Child Development Specialist to join our vibrant early‑learning community. The ideal candidate is a caring, hijab‑wearing woman who can nurture young minds, create a lively and safe environment, and support the holistic development of children from arrival to departure each day. This role is perfect for recent graduates with a D3/D4 in Early Childhood Education (PG PAUD) who are eager to apply their knowledge in a dynamic, hands‑on setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children throughout the day, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and happiness from 06:45 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Design and implement age‑appropriate learning activities, play‑based curricula, and sensory stimulation that promote cognitive, motor, social, and emotional growth.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to monitor each child’s developmental milestones and tailor support accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing daily updates, progress reports, and guidance on supporting learning at home.
- Facilitate conflict resolution among children, applying proven child‑management techniques to foster cooperation and empathy.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to plan events, field trips, and special programs that enrich the curriculum.
- Document attendance, incident reports, and developmental records in compliance with center policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead short prayer or Qur’an recitation sessions for children who are able, reinforcing cultural and spiritual values.
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities, such as workshops on early childhood pedagogy, to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Early Childhood Education (PG PAUD) or related field.
- Female, preferably wearing hijab, with the ability to recite and teach basic Qur’an verses.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Strong patience, meticulousness, and agility in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated love and genuine affection for children.
- Proven ability to create an engaging, lively atmosphere that stimulates learning.
- Skills in child conflict management, child counseling, and understanding of early learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as per the schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 06:45‑17:00.
