This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by ensuring timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue). Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all payments are received within agreed timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of credit portfolios, identifying high‑risk accounts and escalating issues to the Credit Management team.
- Perform outbound calls, send reminders, and arrange repayment plans with borrowers while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Negotiate settlement terms, offering realistic solutions that balance customer capability with company targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the internal CRM system, documenting promises to pay, disputes, and final outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, legal, and underwriting departments to resolve disputes and verify documentation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, success rates, and any potential bottlenecks.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting credit and collection practices, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3 (Associate) or D4/S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services is preferred, though strong aptitude can offset limited experience.
- Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates should be 29 years or younger to align with the company’s talent development plan.
- Gender: Male candidates only, as specified by local operational requirements.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with credit assessment, debt recovery processes, and basic financial software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong negotiation tactics, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Location: Placement at the Adira branch that corresponds with the candidate’s domicile.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
