The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by overseeing the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection processes for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are completed within the defined timelines.
- Conduct regular monitoring of credit accounts, identify delinquent accounts, and prioritize collection activities based on risk exposure.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring options.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of collection activities in the company’s CRM system, documenting all communications and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting team to understand the original loan terms and any special conditions that may affect recovery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as recovery rate, outstanding balances, and aging trends.
- Support legal actions when internal collection efforts are unsuccessful, coordinating with the legal department to initiate court procedures or external agency involvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce delinquency ratios.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on effective negotiation techniques and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any discipline; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services (experience is a strong plus but not mandatory).
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Male candidates only, as per the current posting requirement.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using office software (MS Office) and familiarity with credit management systems.
- Willingness to work on a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑16:00, at the Adira Nunukan branch.
