Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with purchase decisions to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor, ensuring that bakery items, packaged goods, and promotional displays are presented attractively.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process electronic payments in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and replenish bakery products according to daily production schedules, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to coordinate shift activities, manage inventory levels, and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning potential challenges into positive service experiences.
- Participate in regular training sessions and briefings to stay updated on new products, promotions, and procedural changes.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and holidays, to meet the outlet’s operating hours of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Assist in periodic stock counts, loss prevention activities, and reporting of discrepancies to the store manager.
- Uphold the brand’s service standards by demonstrating a proactive, service‑oriented mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates currently enrolled in higher education are preferred not to be active students.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s staffing policy).
- Prior experience in retail or food service environments, especially in bakery operations, is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting, contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
- Strong service orientation with a genuine passion for helping customers and delivering memorable experiences.
- Residency preferably close to the Sukabumi outlet to ensure punctuality and reliability.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends, to align with store operating hours.
