Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team at DC Mall as Crew Paruh Waktu (part‑time crew members). As a crew member, you will be the face of the store, helping shoppers find the perfect items while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly smile, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain an attractive and tidy sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging visual displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly labeled.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash and card transactions, and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with store policy.
- Assist with inventory counts, receive deliveries, and verify that incoming stock matches purchase orders.
- Monitor the fitting rooms, keep them organized, and provide assistance with size exchanges or additional product requests.
- Participate in promotional events, seasonal sales, and product launches, helping to drive foot traffic and achieve sales targets.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and loss‑prevention procedures, reporting any irregularities to the store manager.
- Continuously update product knowledge, staying informed about new arrivals, trends, and pricing to effectively advise customers.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to ensure a smooth, efficient operation throughout each shift.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; diversity and inclusion are valued.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience and maturity).
- Zero or more years of prior retail or fashion experience; any experience is considered a plus.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance and a clean, presentable uniform.
- Strong interpersonal skills: polite, disciplined, and able to communicate clearly with customers.
- Ability to actively promote and upsell products while maintaining authenticity.
- Basic familiarity with store management systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Reliability to work the scheduled shifts: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
