As a multifunctional crew member, you will be the face of our brand, assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting back‑of‑house operations. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain product displays, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Assist in basic store upkeep, including cleaning, organizing fitting rooms, and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with teammates to execute promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Participate in daily briefings, sharing feedback on customer trends and operational challenges.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: 18 – 25 years old.
