Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staf Pemasaran Kredit Korporat to join our growing finance team. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding our motor vehicle credit portfolio by building strong relationships with dealer partners, identifying prospective borrowers, and guiding them through the credit application process. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced environment, balancing field outreach with digital marketing initiatives, and will contribute to the overall growth strategy of our corporate credit division.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with partner dealers, ensuring a steady flow of credit opportunities.
- Proactively source potential motor‑credit customers through direct canvassing, mediator networks, and targeted digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist applicants in gathering and completing all required documentation for motor vehicle credit, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct on‑site visits to prospective borrowers’ residences to perform credit feasibility surveys and collect necessary personal and financial data.
- Analyze survey results, evaluate credit risk, and present findings to the credit underwriting team.
- Enter survey outcomes and analytical data into the CMO (Credit Management Officer) mobile application with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance departments to streamline the approval workflow and accelerate loan disbursement.
- Track key performance indicators such as lead conversion rate, dealer satisfaction, and portfolio growth, reporting weekly to senior management.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in automotive financing regulations to provide strategic insights.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- No minimum years of experience required; fresh graduates with a strong motivation to learn are encouraged.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build trust with dealers and consumers.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for data entry (experience with CMO or similar tools is a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail when handling documentation and survey data.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO) to generate leads.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling personal financial information.
