Home Credit Indonesia is expanding its retail network in the Pemalang region and is looking for enthusiastic Crew Penjualan Toko to represent our payment solutions at partner outlets. As a frontline sales associate, you will be the face of Home Credit, helping customers understand and use our financing products in both street‑level stores and modern malls. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment and financing products to customers visiting partner retail outlets.
- Demonstrate product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment options in a clear and compelling manner.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to capture customer information, process applications, and update sales dashboards in real time.
- Maintain a professional, neat, and approachable appearance that aligns with Home Credit’s brand standards.
- Engage with potential borrowers on social media platforms, creating short videos, posts, and stories that highlight product benefits and success stories.
- Provide step‑by‑step guidance to customers throughout the payment process, ensuring a smooth and confidence‑building experience.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and the Home Credit support team to resolve any operational issues quickly.
- Track daily sales metrics, report performance to the regional supervisor, and propose ideas for improving conversion rates.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on new product launches, regulatory changes, and effective sales techniques.
- Adhere to all compliance and data‑security protocols when handling customer information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are preferred.
- Age 18–35 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated, challenge‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to represent the Home Credit brand positively.
- Own an Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
- Willingness to be stationed at partner outlets in either street‑level locations or shopping malls in Pemalang.
- Basic literacy in digital tools (e.g., messaging apps, social media, simple data entry).
