This full‑time, shift‑based position places you at the forefront of AEON’s consumer financing solutions, primarily in high‑traffic malls and partner retail locations throughout Jakarta and its surrounding areas. As a Sales Promotor, you will be the face of our brand, guiding prospective borrowers through the benefits of AEON installment products, helping them complete applications, and driving daily sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Approach shoppers and visitors in designated mall or store locations, initiating friendly conversations to gauge interest in AEON financing options.
- Present clear, concise information about AEON’s installment (cicilan) products, highlighting key features such as flexible repayment terms, low interest rates, and exclusive merchant partnerships.
- Conduct full‑cycle sales activities, from product demonstration and answering queries to assisting customers with the application process and ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by delivering personalized assistance, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering trust throughout the buying journey.
- Track daily sales metrics, compile performance reports, and submit results to the Area Leader (PIC) on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with fellow promotor teams and store staff to create attractive product displays and promotional events that boost foot traffic and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on AEON’s latest product offerings, promotional campaigns, and regulatory compliance guidelines to provide accurate information.
- Participate in regular training sessions, role‑playing exercises, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years (must possess a valid KTP and educational certificate); maximum age: 40 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail, financial services, or consumer financing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey complex product details in a simple, engaging manner.
- Strong customer‑orientation with a results‑driven mindset; ability to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Flexibility to work full‑time with a shift schedule, typically 08:00‑17:00, and adapt to weekend or holiday assignments as needed.
- Own an Android smartphone for real‑time data entry, CRM updates, and communication with the supervisory team.
- Willingness to be stationed at designated malls or partner stores within the Jakarta region; candidates with personal transportation are preferred.
