Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and digital payments with precision.
- Verify product prices, apply discounts, and issue receipts while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering product queries, and resolving minor issues on the spot.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and ensuring the checkout area is tidy and well‑organized.
- Collaborate with floor staff to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring smooth flow and minimal wait times.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer payment information and adhere to data‑security standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or suggest complementary products, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new POS features, promotional campaigns, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 30 years.

- Experience: Prior cashier or retail experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
