Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, assess their needs, and guide them to appropriate products or services.
- Maintain a well‑organized sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations, upselling and cross‑selling where appropriate to maximize average transaction value.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner, striving for first‑contact resolution.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and updating the store’s inventory system.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products, sales campaigns, and store policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives, setting up seasonal displays and arranging promotional signage.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
