Responsibilities
- Design and execute makeup looks for celebrity talent, ranging from natural day‑time styles to elaborate evening and thematic appearances.
- Coordinate with stylists, wardrobe supervisors, and hair artists to create cohesive overall looks that complement costumes and set designs.
- Adapt makeup applications quickly for last‑minute changes, ensuring consistency across multiple camera angles and lighting conditions.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cosmetics, tools, and hygiene supplies, and ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
- Provide on‑set touch‑ups during filming or live events, responding promptly to any talent requests or unforeseen challenges.
- Train junior makeup assistants, share best practices, and foster a collaborative environment within the creative team.
- Stay updated on emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and innovative techniques to continuously elevate the production’s aesthetic.
- Document makeup designs and create reference sheets for continuity across episodes or multiple shooting days.
- Communicate effectively with talent, addressing their preferences and comfort levels while maintaining professional decorum.
Requirements
- Female, aged 25‑35 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a makeup artist, preferably in celebrity or fashion environments.
- Proficiency in beauty makeup, fashion makeup, and makeup management.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, responsive, and diligent attitude.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication, and a keen sense of confidentiality regarding talent preferences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts (Monday‑Saturday, 18:00‑02:00).
