Responsibilities
- Execute the full production cycle for lumpia skin, adhering to company SOPs and food‑safety regulations.
- Measure, weigh, and prepare raw ingredients such as flour, water, and seasoning, ensuring correct ratios for consistent dough quality.
- Operate mixers, rollers, steamers, and cutting equipment safely, performing routine checks before each shift.
- Monitor dough consistency, temperature, and moisture levels, making real‑time adjustments to maintain product uniformity.
- Package finished wrappers in hygienic containers, label them accurately, and prepare batches for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic quality tests, reporting any deviations to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with fellow operators, quality assurance staff, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time delivery.
- Document production data, including batch numbers, yield, and any incidents, using the company’s digital tracking system.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement meetings, offering suggestions for efficiency gains, waste reduction, and safety enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; SMA preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in food‑processing or a related manufacturing environment (experience in lumpia or pastry production is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Male or female candidates; age not exceeding 35 years.
- Good physical health and stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when checking dough texture and packaging integrity.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely and to operate machinery safely.
- Excellent teamwork skills; willingness to support colleagues and share workload during peak periods.
- Basic understanding of food‑safety principles, including personal hygiene and equipment sanitation.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to process changes.
