In this role, you will become the first point of contact for Telkomsel’s valued customers, delivering accurate information, handling service requests, and resolving issues with professionalism and speed. Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and courteous assistance to customers who call, visit, or engage through digital channels, addressing inquiries, service requests, and complaints related to Telkomsel products.
  • Document each interaction in the designated Telkomsel application, ensuring that customer intent, problem details, and resolution steps are accurately recorded.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues via the Cookies ticketing system or other approved media to the appropriate functional teams, following established Service Operation Support procedures.
  • Analyze recurring service trends and share insights with the Operations team to help improve processes and reduce future escalations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about Telkomsel’s portfolio, including post‑paid, prepaid, data bundles, and value‑added services.
  • Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; clear articulation and active listening are essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a detail‑oriented approach; capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure.
  • Demonstrated customer‑service orientation and a target‑driven attitude.
