- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate with the supply team for timely replenishment.
- Support promotional activities, set up seasonal displays, and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to achieve sales targets and uphold a collaborative, high‑energy work environment.
- Adhere to food‑and‑beverage (FNB) safety standards, ensuring all consumable items are stored, prepared, and served safely.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, share best practices, and suggest process improvements.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, operational challenges, and potential opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMK/A is preferred.
- Age: 20 years or older, with the ability to comprehend and follow SOPs.
- Professional appearance: clean, attractive, courteous, and proactive in presentation.
- Strong work ethic: hardworking, honest, communicative, and confident.
- Self‑motivated with a proven ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting.
- Immediate availability to start work; flexibility to adapt to shift changes.
- Prior experience in the food‑and‑beverage (FNB) industry is highly valued.
- Proficiency with basic store management systems and a willingness to learn advanced tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage customers of diverse backgrounds.
