Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑quality visual assets that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create original illustrations, icons, and infographics for use in digital and print media.
- Develop motion graphics and short video edits using Adobe Premiere and related tools to support social media and advertising needs.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of visual elements across web, mobile, and print platforms.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring all files are correctly named, versioned, and archived for future use.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging design software, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions and constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also welcome.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 25 years for entry‑level candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design or a proven internship/freelance track record.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Canva; familiarity with Illustrator, After Effects, or other motion‑design tools is a plus.
- Own a reliable laptop and smartphone capable of running design software efficiently.
- Strong visual sense, creativity, and a passion for illustration and digital art.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, showing flexibility and a positive attitude under pressure.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of visual projects, including branding, illustration, and motion graphics.
